Installment plans are not interest-based financing. They are simply a flexible payment arrangement.

3. Monthly Promotional Plans

4. Payment Schedule

General Policy

DDNEX® aims to deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations. All services are considered non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If DDNEX® fails to deliver the agreed service within the timeline specified in the project agreement, and the client provides written notice.
• If a service is canceled before any work has started.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if a project is partially completed and the client chooses to terminate the project.

Any work already completed, including designs, development, or consultation, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Installments and Refunds

For clients using installment plans, only payments for services not yet delivered may be refunded, subject to deductions for work already completed.

Administrative or processing fees included in installments are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items
