Absolutely! All our plans are month-to-month with no contract lock-in. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe dashboard or by contacting us.
We provide hosting guidance and can help you set up hosting. Domain registration is available but billed separately based on the domain name and extension chosen. Pro plan clients receive full hosting management included.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't offer full refunds after development begins. However, since all plans are subscriptions, you're not locked into long-term contracts and can cancel before the next billing cycle.

Pro (RM1,900/mo) is an all-in-one solution acting as your full outsourced IT department with unlimited updates, marketing support, and priority service.

By engaging Luviio's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all website development, mobile app development, IT support, and related services.
All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Clients may cancel anytime with no long-term contract commitment.
Services will be delivered according to the plan selected. Any changes to scope must be documented and may require plan upgrade or additional charges.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe on a monthly recurring basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.
Domain registration and hosting fees are not included in subscription prices unless explicitly stated. Domain pricing varies based on name availability and extension.
Upon full payment, all custom-developed work transfers to the client. Luviio reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.
Luviio's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question within the current billing period.
Either party may terminate with notice. The client pays for all work completed up to termination date. Upon cancellation, access to ongoing support services ceases at end of current billing period.
