By engaging Luviio's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all website development, mobile app development, IT support, and related services provided by Luviio.
All services will be outlined in a formal proposal or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon before any work begins. Any changes to the scope must be documented and may incur additional charges.
Standard payment terms are 50% upon project commencement and 50% upon completion. For ongoing services, invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 14 days. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 3). Additional revisions will be quoted separately. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable submission.
Upon full payment, all custom-developed work transfers to the client. Third-party licenses (themes, plugins, etc.) remain subject to their respective license agreements. Luviio reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, access credentials, and strategic plans.
Luviio's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. In such cases, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds are provided for work already delivered.
