By accessing or using Luviio's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Luviio provides web development, design, mobile app development, IT support, and related digital services. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements or plan descriptions.
We offer monthly subscription plans with varying features and pricing. All plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. Domain and hosting costs are separate unless explicitly included in your plan.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom work product created specifically for them. Luviio retains rights to pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools used in delivering services.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content and assets, and accurate information required for project completion. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect timelines.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of services.
Luviio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from our services.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client receives completed work product subject to full payment of outstanding invoices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kedah, Malaysia.
