By engaging Luviio's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all website development, mobile app development, IT support, and related services.
All services will be outlined in a formal proposal or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon before any work begins. Any changes to the scope must be documented and may incur additional charges.
Standard payment terms are 50% upon project commencement and 50% upon completion. For ongoing services, invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 14 days.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 3). Additional revisions will be quoted separately.
Upon full payment, all custom-developed work transfers to the client. Luviio reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.
Luviio's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. The client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
